The Northstar System

The original Northstar System includes the Northstar Guidebook containing useful information and instructions, eight laminated cards showing actual sizes of hard to measure foods such as a bagel, a muffin,  and other baked goods; a pamphlet directed at overweight children and teens; a pocket-size portion booklet to use when food shopping or dining out;  and the Northstar Portion Tracker, to record total food servings eaten throughout the day.

The System also includes 13 portion regulators:
Seven oval regulators with lids (two 1 oz, two 2 oz, two 4 oz, and one 6 oz).
One 6 oz oval meat regulator with lid.
One 6 oz circular regulator with lid.
One small rectangular regulator with lid.
One large rectangular regulator with lid.
One 5 oz beverage cup.
One 8 oz beverage cup.
