Return Policy

Northstar Portion System will refund your cost, less shipping, if you return the unused system in its entirety within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging.  No refunds will be made if any of the System regulators and containers are used

 

Your refund, less the amount of shipping, will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.  If your payment was made by check, your refund, less shipping, will be made by our company check.  It typically takes anywhere from 4 – 6 weeks to complete the processing of returns (you send us back the package, we credit you, your credit card company reflects your credit etc.)

 

Order shortages, defects or damages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of your order.  To report shortages or damages, please email sales@northstarportions.com or call 310-773-4083.  Again, we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

A refused order will be handled as a returned order.

 

In the event of special promotions or discounts, Northstar Portion System reserves the right to apply additional rules.  Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid.
