About Us

Jan (a registered dietitian), Nathalie and Virginia are three moms who decided to take on the madness of large portions and the epidemic of obesity, especially in children. They live in Venice, California with 3 (supportive and patient) husbands, 7 children, 3 dogs and a cat. Not in one house, however.
